Green Dreams

There's something special about her, there has always been something special about her.

Every time I find a reason to work on a scene with Evelyn in it somehow feels just a little bit extra special and when it's a scene with just her even more so.

Of course that is rare now as she is all but a third party for my next work but in truth that makes working on a scene with her in even more magical.

She was designed entirely for scenes like this, low lit scenes submerged in mists and fog in a dense forest, in Evelyn's forest.

Evelyn, the girl who fell in love with a dark forest, the starting point of everything that I have done thus far and will continue to do far beyond.

I can't pretend that I don't love her, she means even more now than she did all those years ago.

Evelyn still dreams about that dark and dangerous world that she grew to love so deeply and in truth so do I.

Even as I sculpt the landscapes, foliage, grass and trees for stories told so far beyond Evelyn's, I can't help but wonder just how her forest would have looked if I had at my disposal then what I do now.

Thankfully, when it comes to Evelyn, I have plenty of time to imagine and reimagine that world over and over again.

Truthfully it is something that I hope I never tire of, even if the only one who truly sees Evelyn's green dreams is me.
