I have never been a huge fan of portraits but I do like to experiment every so often to see how far I have come with all the lessons I have learned in Blender.
Just over a year has passed since I started using Blender as my primary rendering engine and workflow tool, every that I knew had to be learned again and I had to fully redesign and remap Evelyn and Fae to work in Blender.
My aim has always been to make them feel human, like you could reach through the screen and touch Evelyn's wild ginger curls or hear Fae soft voice, finally I feel like I'm getting close to where I want to be in terms of realism and quality.
It's been a touch journey of self motivation, learning and dedication but one that I am glad I undertook
