With summer approaching I started to look at the way sunlight and shadows interact to add depth and the feel of daylight and warmth, while I start testing some new setting for lighting it felt like a perfect chance to start looking more deeply at using shadows and the tone of lighting to enhance my scenes.
Currently I'm in the middle of working on two stories, "The Promise" a short adventure story and Scorpio's book, a vastly deep and twisting tale but I'm keen to really start pushing myself in blender and particularly scene and world building, so I got my bucket and spade ready to take a few of my characters to the tropical beaches to test building such worlds.
I have been making trees for almost a year in preparation for just such a world and as they will feature in Scorpio's world it seemed like a good time to test them out and see if they need more work or if I am happy thus far,
Anyway I hope you like them, after all who doesn't love a hula-girl?
